Romantic Oatmeal Breakfast
Happy Valentines Guys! Coming to you today with this special breakfast idea. I upgraded this recipe to make it even more delicious and faster to do. You literally need 6 minutes to prepare. It so convenient especially for breakfast. This oatmeal is super creamy and raspberry sauce make it super sweet and light. And for the crunch chocolate granola and voila… heaven in the mouth!

HOW TO MAKE ROMANTIC OATMEAL BREAKFAST
Makes 2 bowls
INGREDIENTS:
Oatmeal:
- 120g oats (I used breakfast oats; breakfast oats cook faster than rolled oats)
- 300ml water
- 80ml plant based milk (I used oat milk)
- agave syrup
Raspberry sauce:
- 2 handful frozen raspberry
- agave syrup for sweetness
Toppings:
- chocolate granola
- coconut chips
- quinoa puffs
METHOD:
For raspberry sauce: Put frozen raspberry in a bowl and pour with boiling water. Leave for 4 minutes.
For creamy oatmeal: Put oats in a sauce pan. Pour with water (the oats supposed to be covered in water). Cook in a medium heat. When the oats start bubbling pour with oat milk. Stirring about 2 mins, until it’s nice and creamy. Place the oatmeal in a serving bowls and drizzle a little bit with agave syrup. Drain the raspberry. Place them in a bowl and mash using fork. Add some agave syrup for sweetness. Put the warm raspberry sauce on top of your porridge and sprinkle with chocolate granola, coconut chips and quinoa puffs. Bon Appetite!
