Hi Beautiful! You’re so special! You deserve to be loved not only by those around you but also by YOURSELF! Louise Hay in one of her interviews said something like this: ‘’ You are the only one with who you’ll have the longest relationship in the world. ‘’
Practising self-love literally will change your perspective and change your life.
7 Ways to Self – Love
- Start your day by telling yourself that you are awesome! You probably will feel weird at the beginning but after few days it will be normal and you know what? You start feel awesome! So, you will be act like awesome person and you’ll start attract more awesomess (more awesome things) into your life 😊
- Wake up 20 mins earlier than usually. This gives you extra time for your favourite morning drink, reflection and time to create gratitude list. There is no better way to start day from gratitude. This gives you happiness and happiness give you more reasons to stay happy for whole day 😊
- Give yourself 20mins walk every day! Simple: movements give us happiness and fresh air open our brains for new possibilities 😊
- Forget about comparisons. There is no possible to truly compare yourself to others! You are one of your kind! There is no one on this world like you so you can’t fairly compare yourself to someone else 😊
- Celebrate your wins! It doesn’t matter how big or small they are! 😊
- Fallow your passion! It crazy how much happiness this gives us and it’s crazy because we forget about this so many times…
- Surround yourself with positive people who always see the best of you, because you know what? You are the BEST! 😊
Practice take a time. Give yourself as much time as you need. At the end you are the only one with who you’ll have the longest relationship in the world. Be patient and never give up because YOU’RE Amazing!
