I’m coming to you with another cosy breakfast. The temperature is slowly starting to drop and it’s time for cosy and warm breakfast. We are sadly leaving our smoothie back and we looking for warm breakfast ideas and here I’m with warming pumpkin smoothie bowl. What? That’s right! This smoothie bowl will make you happy and warm. So creamy and fluffy because of pumpkin, next pumpkin pie spice mix, makes you feel warm, passion fruit and strawberry give you tropical vibes and granola makes it crunchy! Perfect combo for all smoothie lovers in fall season!
Before you start…
You will need blender or food processor for this recipe. The recipe is very simple to follow. Only 3 simple ingredients. You can use any toppings you like it e.g. caramelised fruit, fresh berries or like me, passion fruit with strawberry and nutty granola. I also love sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie spice mix before eating.

HOW TO MAKE WARMING PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE BOWL
- 2 bananas
- 100g pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice mix (use as much as you like – you can always sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie before eating)
- 1 passion fruit
- 2 ½ strawberry
- 2tbsp nutty granola
Place all ingredients in a blender/food processor and blend until smooth. Pour pumpkin smoothie in a serving bowl and decorate with your toppings. Enjoy!
