To make toasted buckwheat all you need to do is place the buckwheat in dry pan over medium heat for about few minutes until the buckwheat is golden brown.

You can use any toast bread you like it instead croissant. Although these toast taste really delicious when you made them with croissant.
1 banana, finally sliced
1tsp coconut oil
1tbsp agave syrup or any sweetener syrup you like it
1tsp coconut sugar
2tbsp cashew butter
1tbsp chocolate spread
1tbsp cashew nut butter
Caramelized bananas: Place a frying pan over medium heat with the coconut oil, agave syrup and coconut sugar. Add the banana slices when it is melting and bubbling. Cook for a few minutes on each side until they are fully coated.
Assembling: Cut the croissant in half. Spread the cashew butter in the croissant. Put the caramelized bananas on top. Drizzle with chocolate spread and sprinkle with toasted buckwheat and amaranth puffs.
