This is on of my favourite snack this summer. Eating banana this way brings you to the next level haha… The ripe banana with chocolate give you the best ever duet but… when you add fresh raspberries this is out of this word. Honestly you must try this recipe!
To make toasted buckwheat all you need to do is place the buckwheat in dry pan over medium heat for about few minutes until the buckwheat is golden brown.

Use any sprinkles you already have.
- 1 ripe banana
- 2-3tsp chocolate spread or 2-3tsp cashew butter
- Few fresh strawberries
- 1-2tsp yoghurt
- Amaranth pops
- Toasted buckwheat
- Colourful sprinkles
Cut the banana lengthwise. Spread the chocolate in the banana halves. Put the fresh raspberries and use sprinkles. Drizzle the yoghurt over banana halves.
NOTE: I used colourful flowers for decoration. These are not edible flowers.
