This is one of the most refreshing dessert ever. The recipe is fun and easy to make. You just need yoghurt, agave syrup and some fancy fruit on top. You can also add some cacao butter into the yoghurt to make the recipe more chocolatey. It is totally a hit on bbq or home party and everybody like it.
The recipe is so simple but a large knife it’s so helpful to cut the watermelon. If you want use the cacao butter like me, melt it before adding into yoghurt.

(2 watermelon slices £0.38; 1small yoghurt £0.30; 1tsp maple agave syrup £0.07; 4 passion fruit £1; ½ pomegranate £0.15; few frozen blueberries £0.30; 4pieces cacao butter (about 6g) £0.10)
Makes 2 Pizza
- 2 watermelon round slices
- 1 small yogurt
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1tsp maple syrup
- 4pcs cacao butter about 6g (optional)
- 4 passion fruit
- ½ pomegranate
- Handful blueberries
Cut the watermelon slices into wedges. Put the yogurt with vanilla extract and maple syrup in a mixing bowl. Spread the yoghurt over each slices of watermelon. Top with the passion fruit, pomegranate and frozen blueberries.
