That’s the time to share with you my secret ingredient. Are you ready??? Ta dam Ta dam Ta dam: That’s a baked pear puree. (applause)
This sounds new, right? But it shouldn’t. You probably already discovered an apple puree, right? And you know how helpful the apple puree is.The pear puree is more sweet, more flavour and more aromatic, than apple puree. It’s perfect for porridge, smoothie bowl, pancakes, waffles, puddings and cake. Pears are an amazing cooking ingredients. Firstly, they add sweetness to whatever you’re cooking, secondly they add more flavour and better texture, thirdly they work very well like egg replacement. Be creative! Add the baked pear puree to your morning coffee or afternoon tea.

Before Start…

Make it cheaper!

Buy the pears from Local Farmers. You’ll be surprise how much you can save and you’ll also find there the ‘ ripe pear ‘ perfect for this recipe.
