Sauerkraut provide healthy benefits to our bodies. And it’s so delicious. I love eat it ‘’raw’’, straight from a jar, but when you connect the sauerkraut with fried onion and mushrooms, turns out in perfect and comforting meal. Add farfalle or any fancy noodles you like it and enjoy!
Usually you can buy the sauerkraut in a jar. All you need to do is put the sauerkraut into the strainer and squeeze with your hands to release any remaining liquid. That’s it.
